ISGA GYMNASTICS FINAL INFORMATION PACK
9TH – 10TH MARCH 2018

WELCOME Guildford High School would like to give a warm welcome all competitors, their dedicated teachers and supportive parents on 9th and 10th March We are honoured to be hosting this event and we hope that this pack will help make the preparation as well as the competition day stress-free! FRIDAY Parking and travel
We are solely restricted to the Sports Centre, not main school. Please note there will be no parking available at Guildford High School, at the main site or sports centre. Please see below the parking information for each day of the competition. Friday 9th (U9 and U15 competitors) Please drop off your gymnasts at the end the Sports Centre driveway (not main school) and GHS helpers will be available to walk them up to the Sports Centre. Parking is available in roads around the school – please note the different parking restrictions to enable you to plan where you will leave your vehicle to ensure you don't get a ticket. If you intend to arrive by minibus, you can drop your team outside the sports centre entrance and park at Spectrum Leisure centre (10 minute walk across Stoke Park).

SATURDAY PARKING AND TRAVEL
Saturday 10th (U13 and O13 competitors) There is VERY limited parking along the sports centre driveway as well as at the main school site - first come first served! Otherwise, please drop off your gymnasts at the end the Sports Centre driveway (if on 1st rotation) or main school where general warm up is - GHS helpers will be available to show them to the warm up area. important INFORMATION
Do not arrive before 0800 – doors will not open before 0800. No parking on site on Friday. Very limited parking on Saturday at school and sports centre. Saturday - doors to main school hall for general warm up not open until 0900. Spectator entry cost only £5 per adult, including a programme but family price for up to 4 adults is only £10! Kids go free. Stalls for entertainment! Raffle - £1 for a strip of tickets Teddy bear tombola - £1 a ticket Guess the sweets in the jar – 50p a guess

Warm up area On Friday, we are confined to the Sports centre only so there will be no general warm up area. The changing rooms will be used for a school base for your equipment, hair etc. This is a base for gymnasts and female coaches ONLY. No parents or siblings will be permitted in the changing rooms. On Saturday, our main school assembly hall will be open with limited mats for general warm up before rotations and group floors. This can also be a school base for your equipment, hair etc. This is a base for gymnasts and coaches ONLY. Although there are helpers to direct and help, you are responsible for allowing enough time to walk to the different venues in plenty of time for your competing slot. Little Stars Company and DE photos will be based at the top of the sports centre.

Food and drink There will be food and drink available all day on site over the 2 days of competition at very reasonable prices. This will include: - Sausage rolls Sandwiches Bacon butties Burgers – meat and quorn Cakes / biscuits Croissants Filter coffee and tea Cold drinks – cans, fruit shoots and water Sweets Crisps Attached is an optional order form to be completed for each school for each day for packed lunches for their teams. This makes it easier for you to know you have a selected packed lunch waiting for you rather than bringing additional food.

Checklist for completion

I have checked via the ISGA website if we won any trophies last year to return them clean and engraved. I will bring a raffle prize per team to hand in on arrival. REMINDER I will ensure that I give the scorer the completed ISGA Declaration Sheet before leaving the competition floor after competing.
