Titrations of sera from a Gunn rat injected with oncoretroviral vector encoding hUGT1A1 were used as a positive control (open squares). Each plot represents an individual animal. Results are expressed as arbitrary OD values with a significance threshold of 0.5 at dilutions greater than 1:400.
