Daily Warm-up Monday 8/21/2017
Happy School Year!!! If you are reading this message, point it out to someone you do not know, exchange names and then give each other a HIGH 5! Pick up the three (3) sheets up front: 1st Day Letter, Safety Contract, and Classroom Checklist. Find a seat, any seat, seating charts come out tomorrow. Ask the person next to you the following questions: What are you looking forward to the most this school year? What was your favorite book/movie/video game over the summer? Why?

Attendance Please correct any pronunciation mistakes State reasonable nicknames William is Bill Elizabeth is Lizzy I will not call anyone Super Dave, Shazam, or Honey Boo-Boo, etc. unless that is your legal name Answer the following when called: What was the coolest/raddest/gnarliest thing that occurred to you this summer?

Science Journals and Supplies
Bring 2, 100 page SPIRAL Notebooks by this Friday. Write your name inside both covers. Team 7-3 supplies (you will get the list from Ms. Hernandez when you have her) and Science supplies can be dropped off at any time. Make sure I check off your name.

5 minutes to find as many of the items as you can on your own. Any drawer, any cabinet except for my desk can be opened 7 minutes to share with other students Write down the student’s name who taught you where material is located Turn the sheet into the Period Bin at the end of class
