MAS View of a Candidate Record 1.) The information on this screen is in real time. As soon as information is submitted, an is sent to your office. 2.) As recommendation forms are completed, the name in the side panel will become bold. If it is greyed out, the form has sent but not completed. On the candidates screen, this is the opposite, the name is grayed out to indicate that the document has been submitted and that person can no longer be changed or deleted. 3.) Notice that you have the option to print the document. In some browsers, the document may appear blank at first because it fails to extract the information. I have found that if you click PRINT again, the full document will appear and is printable.

MAS View of a Candidate Record The side by side feature allows all of the available information from the submitted references to be viewed together. This was requested by one of our MASs and was added to the list. Quickly compare candidate and reference responses for each question separately.

A word on processing: Assessment materials are mailed directly to the mentor within 3-5 business days of the request. Upon return, assessments are scored and the assessment folder is mailed to you within 3-5 business days. If an assessment is missing and/or incomplete, the mentor and the conference office is contacted. The entire folder is filed until all documents are turned in. Psychological assessment interviews are handled differently. Please make sure the conference is aware of the contracted procedures for appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling. Sometimes documents are missing or incomplete. For instance, the mentor may fail to administer the 16PF –or mail the packet prior to completing it. The MMPI-2 is filled out in ink or the scanner is unable to read it due to smears or excessive erasing.
