1 #GoldenRules THEME-BASED CAMPAIGNS to ensure lasting awareness of the Golden Rules
Accompanying deployment - July 2017

2 THEME-BASED CAMPAIGNS, WHY AND FOR WHOM?
To make sure that employees take ownership of the revised Golden Rules written as of musts and mustn'ts, the Group HSE Division wanted to: Mobilize teams in the long term to develop in detail the requirements in each of the twelve Golden Rules. Provide teams with good practices and ready-to-use tools to make the rules easier to remember and apply. - Follow Group accident statistics by focusing in priority on subjects with a high accident rate. Purpose of the campaigns Heighten awareness of the risk generated by non-compliance with the featured Golden Rule. Remind people of the rules and the importance of respecting them. Use an instructive, illustrated approach to share the good practices to be applied. Pass on advice and share feedback. Bring about changes in practices and behaviors by encouraging discussions and exchange. Target audience Total and contractor employees. #GoldenRules - Theme-based campaigns – July 2017
