History 11-year old male presented with new onset of seizures.
Past medical history is significant for migraine headaches since age 5, increasing in frequency and severity over the past three weeks. In addition there was a history of hydrocephalus and Chiari 1 malformation diagnosed at 9 months of age. No findings of neurofibromatosis. His last MRI performed at age 6 was noted to be “stable.”
