Electricity and water given by the government. Local people have a say in building. Area can be sold on. Cost efficient. Anyone living there gets a new house. Negatives Poor use of space. Expensive People not used to the new environment Uses lots of resources- pollution Travel further for work. don’t have enough money to do everything they need to. - Some people are taking this illegally. Needs an area with high real estate to make this possible. People running this are focussed on money. If companies leave whole projects would fail. Sustainable?
