Pure Michigan Business Connect (PMBC) is a multi-billion dollar public/private initiative developed by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) connecting Michigan businesses to new business opportunities and a suite of business support services. Michigan businesses can sign up for free to a premiere business-to-business (B2B) network to explore new sales leads, expand their supply chain by reviewing Michigan business capabilities and capacities, and access a wide variety of services across financing, talent, and business acceleration. Pure Michigan Business Connect (PMBC) is a governor-driven initiative that matches global purchasers to qualified Michigan suppliers based on purchaser interest area. PMBC operates through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. Since 2011, PMBC has set-up over 4,00 0unique meetings between over 200 purchasers and Michigan suppliers across industries. This matching has helped to facilitate $2 billion in contracts.
