Since March, we have been engaged in a process of gathering feedback from beta testers representing many different types of Edelweiss users. Retailers Sales Reps Librarians Bloggers / Reviewers Catalog Administrators June, 2015 March, 2016 September 1, 2016 February, 2017 Initial Development Commenced Beta Test Waves Began ‘Go Live’ Date Planned “Legacy” Shutdown

We’ve surveyed beta-testers along the way for substantive input and quantifiable assessments. Edelweiss+ has performed well. Much Better Very Satsf’d Edelweiss+ compared to Edelweiss Overall Edelweiss+ Satisfaction Very Un- Satsf’d Much Worse

7 The Edelweiss Plus Rollout
Edelweiss Plus is running at a 100% “Normal” call response time rate over the last month versus only 95.7% for legacy Edelweiss Site Performance Over The Last Month “Legacy” Edelweiss Edelweiss Plus While Edelweiss Plus has lower traffic volumes currently, both applications hit the same database, so the ‘load’ on the database is not unlike what it will be when all traffic is on Edelweiss Plus

8 The ABA Affiliation Program
How What Full ABA membership ID file sent to Treeline on a quarterly basis Those stores no longer part of the ABA group removed from affiliation Interface in Edelweiss for users to enter your store’s ABA ID Only needs to be done by 1 employee Access to ‘whitelisted’ Digital Review Copies Validated as ABA employees for Digital Review Copy requests Participation in ABA Edelweiss community (reviews, shelves, buzz)
