The company offers geriatric psychiatry, eating disorder treatment, chemical dependency, and adult/adolescent/child psychiatric services. It also provides treatment in the areas of co-occurring chemical dependency, depression and mood, anxiety, psychotic, and adjustment disorders, as well as combat stress injury/PTSD for active military personnel. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Reliant on Excel. Lorri had used Hyperion in the past. Found it too cumbersome. Loved ad hoc reporting in Prophix, found Prophix easy to use. Understood how easy it would be to build additional models as the organization’s needs would grow/evolve.

Benefits from their Prophix solution: Financial cube: Consolidates data from the personnel cube. Automation of their financial reporting package: including construction and distribution to their key stakeholders of profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement. Allows Haven to budget and forecast at a detailed level on an annual basis. They have a more structured, less error-prone process. They have a better basis for their decision making based on more accurate and updated views of their company’s financial performance. Personnel cube (in Detailed Planning Manager): Allows them to produce an accurate annual budget as well as monthly forecasts at a detailed employee level, tracking personnel changes by department. Overall, they can plan develop their plans factoring in taxes, bonuses, benefits, merit increases, etc. Accounts receivables patient cube: Tracks the impact of the varying terms at which they receive payments from their patients. Allows them to drill across into their HMS ERP to investigate details and recognize anomalies. Allows Haven to recognize bad debt and suggest corrective actions. Marketing reporting cube: Tracks their marketing metrics, integrating with salesforce. Future plans: Clinical cube: Tracks statistical patient care information.
