How would you define “at risk” data?
Can you detail an ideal situation for your data at risk?
Do you have data that are at risk, what do they consist of, & have you made attempts to expose them?

If the data have been completely scanned, what should be preserved? Originals, raw data, processed versions?
If a set of records has been requested by no one for more than 50 years, should it be kept?

Many levels of sophistication are available for “digitizing”. What criteria should be applied when choosing which technology is best?
A scan is an observation of an observation. Are all scans created equal?
