120 Workforce Now Usability Personal Profile
The next topic is Usability Personal Profile.

121 Overview The Personal Profile page has been redesigned, allowing Practitioners and Managers to get a quick, bird’s eye view of employees’ personal information, ranging from demographic information to contact information. Similarly, employees can access their own personal profile. This redesign avoids having to click individual links to access each category of personal information. The Personal Profile page has been redesigned based on usability feedback received. The intent is to give Practitioners and Managers an at-a-glance, bird’s eye view of the employee’s personal information without having to click individual links to access each category of personal information. Back

129 Workflow event names are not changing.
Workflow Events Workflow event names are not changing. Any changes to a section (addresses, demographic information) that has a workflow event set up will still trigger workflow, but only for the information in the section that was changed. For example, if the address is changed, then only the address information will go to the workflow, not the entire consolidated page. A workflow window will only be displayed for sections that change. For example, if the address is changed, then only the address information will go to the workflow, not the entire consolidated page. Back

130 Workflow Events (Continued)
A pending message is displayed at the top of a section, not the Personal Profile page, if there is a pending workflow for a particular section For example, even if there’s a workflow pending for contact information, practitioners, managers and employees will still be able to make updates to other demographic information, such as an address change. 157 Pathway: Setup > HR & Talent > Rating Scales
Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating Pathway: Setup > HR & Talent > Rating Scales Business Problems If an Overall Performance Score (for example, 2.9) falls between two consecutive points in a rating scale (for example, 2 and 3) for a policy with ratings calculated automatically, users cannot assign a rating equivalent to 2 or 3 in the review. Clients need the ability to hide the score from all users to avoid offline debate among employees on scores. Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating This enhancement relates to the ability to create rating thresholds, and either display or hide that information from employees in the performance review.

158 Rating Scale Enhancement
Add the option to see the description related to the overall performance rating (continued) Rating Scale Enhancement As we saw in the previous slide, you can also access the Rating Scales from Setup > HR & Talent > Performance Reviews and select the Rating Scales tab. In this example, a rating threshold has been set up for each rating. Employees who receive a rating between 1 and 1.6 receive 1 point according to this rating threshold. Employees who receive a rating between 2 and 2.7 receive two points according to this rating threshold.
