8 Home Page: Quick Links Interactive Standards Lifecycle wheel
At the bottom of the page there is an Interactive wheel , this is helpful for anew WG chair, or those who do not use the system often, all the process info and polices are available via the interactive wheel. In fact you could use the wheel and choose to Initiate a new PAR or Manage a PAR. The stages are labeled 1-6. The Latest Style Manual and drafts will be available when you click on the drafting standards stage.

9 Menu Drop Down Menu In this system you can use you the drop down Menu to search for your actions, such as Manage Groups. Manage Profile and Manage PARS, Manage Meeting (NesCom/RevCom comments section), Manage Organization (Entity) Ballots, Par/Standards report and to submit Policies and Procedures

10 Manage Groups Create a New group Add a SubGroup
From Manage groups – Subcommittee levels , Project, AdHocs, Task Force and Working Groups can be added from this section and the (Stds Rep/Sponsor will get a alert that subcommittee level has been created). WG chair can create subgroups but will need to be approved by Sponsor/Stds Rep. Do not have to wait on staff to create. Others field include Adhocs, WG, Project group, Subcommittee. The sponsor/stds rep can edit it before they approve it.

11 Manage Groups Group Roster
Clearly the biggest difference in this system is the ability to upload a group roster, You do do not have to self enroll, the chair can add the information manually, upload excel/csv file file. When you show interest, your name can be pulled over from roster the be added as officers. When the participant is added they will get an that they have been added to the roster and all they have to do is log on and see an alert letting them know they have been added. When they click on the alert they will be asked to update the affiliation information and they are included. You have the option to Add WG, Adhoc, from this screen by clicking on the icons, you can add, edit, and upload the roster from this screen.

12 Manage PARs Withdrawn PARs Approved/Active PARs PARs Submitted to
NesCom Draft/Rejected PARs From the Menu, if you select to Manage PARs, you will get tabs showing, Withdrawn PARS, approved/Active PARS, etc. The screen is slightly more organized and neater.

13 Create PAR You can create a PAR by clicking on the create a New PAR TAB, the content is the same, just organized differently.

14 Invitations From the Menu, Clicking Balloting will bring you to this screen which shows what you are enrolled in. Note the 3 TABS across the top, this screen shows the Manage Ballots screen where the WG chair can Initiate Invitation, Submit MEC Shows Balance on the WG and Balloting records. Snapshot of your balloting record, Shows Balanced Balloting group and also initiate invitation as well..

15 Ballots The Open Invitation TAB, shows invitation that are currently open…and also join the ballot group. You can choose all ballots, or Ballots you have been invited to and also choose the groups you follow.

16 Manage Ballots This is an example of the screen with Ballot details..
