10 Eating With Washed Wet Hands
Prophet (S.A.W) gave warning not to dry hands and proceed to eat with wet hands. This concept is now clear because if we were to wash our hands and then dry them with a tissue/towel, we are likely to introduce low charge energy into the energy fields of our hand. This towel is normally used for many other purposes and by different people, or even tissue/towel that is clean but filled with germs from the surrounding air, or the universal energy.

16 Appropriate Way Of Eating
The Holy Prophet (S.A.W) said that one should eat and drink with his right hand for Satan eats and drinks with the left hand.

18 Supplication After Each Meal

19 Shared Meal When there was a shared dish in the middle of the table, he ate from the part that was in front of him. He did not lean to the right or left while eating. He advised us not to eat by leaning to one side. 

20 Meal Together He advised people to eat meals together and said that meals eaten together were blessed and abundant.

“Eat together and not separately, for the blessing is associated with the company.”

23 Overeating Overeating is ill luck and misfortune. In other words, a person who over eats will be followed by such faults and defects that he will have difficulty and hardship in every place and people will look at him in a bad way.

24 Saying of Holy Prophet (S.A.W)
“Nothing is worse than a person who fills his stomach. It should be enough for the son of Adam to have a few bites to satisfy his hunger…” “Eat and drink, but avoid excess". (20:81)

25 Moderation in Eating Islam laid down the basis of dietary regulations as well as the limits within which Islam teaches man to enjoy food, in a moderate way, not becoming a slave to his desires and not losing the sight of his ultimate spiritual goal.

26 According to Science Eating less prevents sickness and diseases
Eating less can protects the body cells from harmful effects and the risk of cancer. Taking less food can even reverse diabetes. People who restrict calories or combine diets with exercise usually improve their blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol levels, heart rate and weight.

Recommended for good health Reduces the consumption of food Helps in digestion Smaller food particles do not require as much churning in the stomach or intestine Less Heartburn

30 Hot and Smoky Very hot food should be left covered for a while, so that the emission of steam finishes. The Holy Prophet has said this is a method in which Barakah be gained.

31 Drinking Slowly Look into the glass before drinking water
Drink water with three breathing pauses. Drinking in this manner quenches the thirst more and is more nourishing. Look into the glass before drinking water

32 Hygienic Ways Of Eating:
The Holy Prophet (S.A.W) used to eat with three fingers. Before wiping and cleaning his hand he used to lick his blessed fingers.

33 Hygienic Ways Of Eating
Consideration the fact that the people of that time usually ate with their hands. Narrations from the Prophet (S.A.W) about eating with hands reveals its blessings which are: Removal of poverty, increasing of sustenance, abundance of goods, keeping away insanity, improvement of sight, and staying healthy.

34 According To Science Our muscles, bones, lungs, liver, brain and secretions are made from the raw product we feed it. If we provide the factory with junk raw products, the factory will not produce tough bones, strong muscles, good pump (heart) and clean pipes (vessels).
