Your life is your legacy it is down to you as to what yours looks like. All the people in the world that are dead and gone that you have never even met but you know about. Whether you have been inspired by their journey, you admire their achievements, you remember them. Why? Because people buy from people. You are the people, you are the business. Inside your organisation it is the people that create the culture, the brand values – yes someone created it but you have to live it.

14 MARKET RESEARCH MARKET FORCES – Political, Environmental, Societal, Technological CUSTOMERS – Who are they, Where are they, What is their profile? COMPETITORS – What do they do differently and/or better than you? SUPPLIERS – Who are they, where are they, what is your plan B?
