10. MULTIPLE SPORTS ATHLETES
Students who wish to be in more than one sport per season will be given instructions about what days they will need to train at each sport.
The Athletics Director will speak to coaches about what is required and then discuss it with each athlete as needed.
You can go to two CEESA events in one season.
Doing 3 sports is a very big commitment and you would need approval from the Athletics Director to do 3 sports.

11. BUS SAFETY AND TRAVEL INFO
Students must follow all PSI BUS SAFETY RULES
REMAIN SEATED AND WEAR SEAT BELTS
NO LOUD NOISES AS IT MAY DISTRACT THE DRIVER
DO NOT SIT IN SMALL CHILDREN SEATS. ASK DRIVERS TO REMOVE THEM
NO CHANGING IN OR OUT OF CLOTHES
PLAY YOUR MUSIC IN YOUR EARS ONLY

12. TRAINING AND MATCH RULES
ATTENDANCE: Rolls will be kept. Students may be dropped if they have poor attendance.
Contact coach by noon day of training/game if not attending - in person or .
SICK / INJURED: You may still attend training. You will have theory work. set plays, assist coach.
NEXT GAME: You may get bench time or miss a game if you do not show attendance commitment as indicated above.
If doing two sports in the same season, you must attend training at both at least 1 day for each sport.
IF YOU ARE NOT AT SCHOOL THAT DAY YOU CAN NOT ATTEND TRAINING OR GAMES - School based field trips, etc. are the exceptions.

13. KSSL GAME RULES
Games rules are as set by KSSL and in line with International rules.
Schools will submit a roster to KSSL League co-ordinator and changes will only be allowed as approved.
Your team coach will also have team rules that you should follow.
Middle School team players MUST play 1 quarter of the game unless injured or sick.
High School teams - the coach will decide based on PERFORMANCE.
IF YOU ARE NOT AT SCHOOL THAT DAY YOU CAN NOT ATTEND TRAINING OR GAMES - School based field trips, etc. are the exception.

14. CEESA RULES
The rules for CEESA Tournament vary for each sport. Please look at the CEESA Handbook on the PSI Panthers Website for more details
Middle School CEESA Tournaments are about DEVELOPMENT, not about winning. Students must be a part of every game except for injury/sickness
Middle School Basketball allows students to play at least one quarter each game.

The athletes are required to wear ONLY the following while traveling to CEESA both to and from Kyiv.
Exception: The Track & Field team will not need to wear the Hoodie and Tracksuit pants during the KSSL Tournament. Coaches or Athletics Director will advise what is required.

Also check you have a valid passport with pages left and 6 months left after you return
If you already have a Schengen visa - check it has NOT EXPIRED
Do I need a NOTARISED LETTER?
All UKRAINIAN STUDENTS need a NOTARISED letter in UKRAINIAN to exit Kyiv
