Q: Once 40th day becomes “Actual” will the ADM value change?
A: ADM will change after the actual 40th day if:
Reconciled and fixed data that applies to days 1-40
Another LEA later enters data that limits ADM
Business rules at ADE that are updated or implemented
SIS changes that could affect data

18. 100th Day ADM
Q: What ADM value is used for payments? A: Prior to reaching your 100th day, we use Projected 100th day ADM to determine payment. After you reach your 100th day, we use Actual 100th day ADM

19. SPED and ELL ADM
ADM calculated by number of program participation days within the first 100 days of membership
Concurrencies in SPED and ELL are failing
