CPDP Background Program aligns w/the AF Chief of Staff’s vision to provide professional development for our AF civilian employees CPDP is a Profession of Arms Center of Excellence (PACE) tool used to provide this training Three VAFB employees volunteered to attend the training at Randolph to implement installation wide Jolene Cantrell, 30 FSS Roy Lapioli, 30 FSS Steve Rogers, 30 RMS 381 TRG sent three personnel as well PACE (JBSA) requires CPDP reporting each quarter IG’s will be looking for implementation as a means of wing leadership supporting gaps in civilian development (MGA)
