G-forces A human centrifuge is used to train people to experience g force. The centrifuge spins around quickly causing a tremendous amount of weight and pressure on the person.

Blast Off and Into Space
Blast off includes a tremendous amount of noise, shaking, and g force pressure on a person. As the space craft leaves earth the g forces reduce until a person is weightless.
