4. Select Agreement
Use the Agreement Search screen to select the agreement for the mail ballot

5. Review Agreement Details
Use the Agreement Details screen to review and edit agreement details before creating your mail ballot

6. Create Mail Ballot Initial steps for creating your mail ballot are:
Enter your mail ballot number
Pick your voting provision

7. Setup Mail Ballot Motions
Use the Mail Ballot screen to enter the mail ballot motions and attach any AFEs to be added to the motion

8. Generate Cover Letter
Cover letter text is entered into text box

To send the mail ballot, select a due date and click “Save & Send to Partners”

Once all responses have been received, the operator:
Can view the voting summary
Enters whether or not the motion has been approved or defeated
