CME/DGM - CME for Scientific discussion. DGM for Doctor group meeting.
Selection of Activity, Div. Date & Place will create the CME /DGM ID which will be unique

Sales Projection for next 3 months after CME/DGM is conducted
Select Speaker from the drop down. If from HO, select name. If from other HQ., contact CRM dept. Select the Speciality of the doctor who will be attending the CME. Select the Products to be focused in the CME

Name of the topic to be discussed in the CME
Name of the Hotel/Hospital/Association where the CME is going to be conducted. Name of the topic to be discussed in the CME Number of doctors who will attend the CME After entering the above details click on save & proceed for doctor details

Selection of Attendees
Select Listed Doctors- From the doctor list of MR Enter Unlisted Doctors- To enter the details of doctors who are not in the list. Please enter the names with codes of the Doctors attending from other headquarters. HO and Field Attendees- For Selection of Company Representatives attending the event

Click to save doctor list
Search the doctor by entering the first alphabet of this name. Select by ticking in the box against their name. The total of listed and unlisted doctors should tally with the No. of attendees mentioned in the first screen. The status bar provided above the listed & unlisted doctor will give the total count. Click to save doctor list Save DR details

Select and Save the HO & Field Attendees for the CME

On Completion of all details
. On Completion of all details click on Click to Finish & send Auto- to HO.

POST-CME GUIDELINES The Post CME has to be completed within 2 days from the date of CME failing which the system will consider as CME not conducted & the advance amount shall go for auto-recovery from salary. Details of Speaker, Venue, Topic & No. of attendees ( the number of doctors who actually attended the CME) are to be changed and actual details as on day of CME are to be entered. The Doctor list should match the No. of attendees. The status bar will be shown above the listed & unlisted doctor . The courier details & actual expense incurred on the day of the CME are to be entered. The details of HO & FF Company representative who attended the CME should be entered under the head HO & FF attendees. Upload the CME photos – The Photos of CME should consist of all doctors who attended the CME along with speaker & product display. The photo should be given a single name before uploading the same in the system.
