2. Assume batch data has been acquired and processed in Xcalibur.
In Method Development panel, go to Method View, select Create Method. Create Master Method window will pop-up.
Select Import Xcalibur Processing Method, click OK.

3. Select Xcalibur processing method from Xcalibur method folder
Select Xcalibur processing method from Xcalibur method folder. Select raw data file to associate with the method from Xcalibur data folder. For HRAM system specify the mass precision of the extracted ion in the bottom dialog. Click OK.

4. In Master Method View window, select Instrument Method from Xcalibur method folder which data is collected with.

5. In Peak Detection window, go to Compound/detection, make sure filter is set correctly.
Save master method as DrugX.

6. Go to Tracefinder Analysis panel, select New Batch, Create New Batch window will pop-up.
From the method drop-down, select master method DrugX.
Select Project/Subproject, name file, save.

7. Go to Batch, select Import sample, browse Xcalibur sequence, click Import.

8. Delete the first row by right-click it and select remove selected samples.
In Batch View, right-click Map Raw File to Sample, highlight all raw files, click open. All raw files will be filled into the batch.

9. Submit batch, select Process Data. Click OK

10. Review data in Analyse /Data View

11. Go to Analysis/Report View
Select Quantitation Report, double-click it.

12. highlight all samples, generate report. Select printer. Print.
