After logging in to “My GS,” select “Volunteer Toolkit” and “Finances”

The report is shown below, and only includes summary level data. Hit “send” to submit report.

5. Troop Finance Report
Please note that the income and expense categories are different than prior years, and there is no requirement to submit bank statements. I will send out a new template to use that will summarize into these categories with your beginning balance.
As with prior years, reports must be submitted on this website prior to May 31st.
Since this is a new process this year, please me once you’ve submitted your report.
