Scenario Introduction
This training has been developed to educate Partners and help them to successfully operate as Planning Services Providers.
A requirement for delivering Planning Services to Qualified Customers is that Partners comply with the Microsoft Planning Services Program and Agreement as well as all requirements on the Planning Services Partner Portal. Failure to comply may lead to delay or denial of payment, compliance review, or suspension or termination from the program.
Below are seven possible scenarios. After each scenario, you will see an explanation of the action taken by the Partner that created a problem and the issues that should inform Partners of the correct process and help to clarify the terms and conditions of the Provider Agreement as well as all requirements on the Planning Services Partner Portal.
