Results Report Plan Instruction/sample slides and bubbles (text with purple background) should be removed. All slides are required for all departments, except for the Closing the Loop slides which do not apply to departments with ratings of Maturing and below.

Outcome 1 Success Story – Sample Slide
Your closing the loop slides specifically focus on this reporting period. Your success story traces one story/theme over multiple assessment cycles. You may use multiple slides. 13-14–identified the need to train staff regarding Purchasing processes and procedures. Implemented training, impact of 35 employees. 14-15–implemented training and outreach strategies to address training gap STRATEGY: targeted four departments based on data-identified areas of concern. DOCUMENTED IMPROVEMENT: Training of 117 employees resulted in reduction in unauthorized purchases, as evidenced by one department reduction from 41 to only one in the reporting period. 15-16 –continue our training sessions for departments in an effort to enhance their STRATEGY: Training focus change to understanding the procurement processes/procedures. This will facilitate time-effective and cost-effective buying. RESULTS: Hosted three trainings (45 attendees) and documented departments of attendance (2 colleges, three centers/institutes, and one admin unit). DOCUMENTED IMPROVEMENT: Trainings increased competitive solicitations in the departments trained from 4 to 9, with a documented savings increase of $185, over the previous year. 16-17 – increase attendance by 5%, review data for attending departments to determine specific impacts of trainings.
