First letter - always capitalized
Any other letter - lowercase.

18. Atomic Mass – Protons + Neutrons
All atoms of element - same # of protons / # of neutrons can vary (Isotopes)
Average atomic mass - weighted average of the masses of all the naturally occurring isotopes of that element.

Zigzag Line- divides 3 major categories of elements
Metals (left of zigzag) – shiny, conduct heat and electricity well
