When Joining the community first navigate to our community url:

4. Post Question or Post

5. Login: Click on “Login”

6. Click on “Post” Or “Question” on the content menu (process of posting is same)

7. Type Title in top box Click into 2nd box, and type your details, or Copy and past post information in to box 2. 1 2

8. If you want to add an image or file attachment; click on the “More Details” button

9. To add an image or file attachment; click on the “Choose File” button; browse your files & select file. Then click on the “Upload” button. 1 2

10. If your Question or Post is about the Intelex Client System, ensure you check the box “make this content only available to Intelex employees and clients”.

11. If your done and ready to publish you Question or Post, click on the “Submit Question/Post” button

12. Edit Your Question or Post

13. To edit to your Question or Post, either click into post or navigate to your profile page.
How? A - click the title of the post

14. To edit to your Question or Post, click on the “pencil” icon at the top right of the post.
- This will open the edit screen and you can now edit post question or post.
- Remember to click on the save button at the end.

15. To edit to your Question or Post, method 2: navigate to your profile page. (This is how you also edit an answer or comment)
How? - click on either your own picture or “My Profile” at the top right hand
corner of the page.

- navigate to the Question/Post/Answer/Comment by scrolling down in the “Overview”
- Click on the “pencil” icon and this will take you to the edit area
- Remember to save once done.
