HOW DO I REMOVE THE ’ADD LISTING’ AND ‘MY LISTINGS’ BUTTONS FROM THEIR DASHBOARD?

The user image doesn’t appear even though my profile does bring in my facebook profile picture
User review– authorise first
I want to be able to approve comments before they appear on the website. I do have ‘approve’ option on the comments section but in my test run, the comment appeared beneath the listing on the live website before it was approved
Review time innacurate
It also stated that it was posted ’1 month ago’ when it was just today
