CELL ANALYSIS BY FLOW CYTOMETRY CD4 Cells Surface IgG B cells BIOL 435/535 Cell Analysis by Flow Cytometry Lecture: Monday/Wednesday 1-1:50 PM Fulfills: elective undergraduate and graduate credits Lab: Monday/Wednesday 2-3:50 PM Prerequisites: BIOL 321 & CHEM 361 or Permission This course provides an opportunity to students to acquire flow cytometry skills required for in-depth analysis of physical and chemical characteristics of cells. Such skills are sought out by a wide range of employers including biotechnology companies. Cell sample preparation Selection of fluorochromes Cell sorting Data acquisition using a flow cytometer Data analysis using flow cytometry software Appropriate for all science majors Register online For questions, contact Dr. Blaise Dondji
