3. Upload video Go to Projects in the top menu

Go to Projects in the top menu
Find the project you want’t to upload to and click on it
You will usually have access to a project with your OPCO initials and the Campaign project
Under Project Actions choose Upload
This will browse your computer and you can choose the video you want to upload

Customized settings
You can make a number of customize settings for the viewing of the video
Click on the video
Click on the Video Actions menu
Click on Customize
You will now have access to the Customize settings (as seen in the image to the right)
On the next slides each element will be explained

Once you’ve made all the relevant settings click Save
You can also click Load Settings to copy settings from another video

Currently only the documents ”Landingpage top element” and ”Landingpage content” have been prepared to show videos from Wistia
Additional you can insert uing the XHTMl document
On the following slides you see how to get the relevant code and ID for the two types of Synkron dcuments as well as the code for the XHTML document

Create a ”Landingpage top element” document
Choose placement of the text
Add a heading. E.g. <b>Save money<br/> throughout the winter</b>
Add a subheading
Add a link text
Insert a link to the relevant campaign page
Insert the ID for the Wistia video
Insert the text for the View video button

Choose placement of the text box
Add a subheading
Add a subheading image if relevant. Approx size 22x20px
Add a heading
Add a text
Add a link to a relevant campaign page
If you find it relevant you can add a second link. We reccomend that only the first link is used
Take the code for the video from Wistia and add it to the filed marked with ”8”

XHTML document
Besides the two mentioned documents that has been prepared for the use of Wistia you can also insert using the XHTML document
You will need to make some minor change to the Wistia code
Create a ”XHTML” document
Take the code for the video from Wistia (see slide 12)
Adjust the code (see slide 14)
Insert the code in the document
Click OK

For the ”landingpage top element” you need the ID
Login to Wistia
If you don’t already have a login, please request one with Catharina Brodka
Go to the project folder where the video is placed
Click on the video
Go to the Video Action menu >> Choose Embed & Share
Choose ”Inline Embed”
Copy the code into a note page >> Then copy the last part of the ID: <div id="wistia_izckqpjv0s“ and insert it into the Synkron document

For the ”landingpage content” you need the iframe code
Login to Wistia
If you don’t already have a login, please request one with Catharina Brodka
Go to the folder where the video is placed
Click on the video
Go to the Video Action menu >> Choose Embed & Share
Choose ”Inline Embed”
For relevant settings see next slide
Copy it and insert it into the Synkron document
