3 Goals The idea is to launch pilot programs on the following identified key points of action: learning environment transformation, integration and transition, continuous development, and support and follow-up in order to facilitate a holistic change. The proposed strategy is to bring change from the inside out by collaborating with several teachers within a particular school (s) in order to design and implement fundamentally different learning environments that have the potential of infusing new meaning to the school as a whole.

Fundamental change in the learning environment involves a new definition of the learning culture, learning time, learning tools and space Integration and transition increase the level of participation and involvement by working defining and working on what we are going to change, how we can change it, face the real change and planning the future change Continuous development collaborating with others to strengthen the school itself, the family and the community Support and Follow up Creating and putting in place support and communications mechanisms for participating teachers

7 Where we are Education for Peace Project
The general goal of the project is to empower low-income communities in Colombia to both generate and use knowledge that is relevant to its basic needs by developing its local capacity to use information and communication technologies in a creative way. Therefore they can construct and improvement their quality of life.
