2. CPDP Highlights Background
Intent…provide leadership training to civilians to address professionalism development gap for Airmen across AF
Utilizes commercial leadership and PACE developed products
PACE leveraged JBSA model to beta-test implementation – mixed results in terms of civilian involvement and efficiency of model – resulted in PACE proposing a revised model
Revised CPDP implementation model:
Improve efficiency / effectiveness of implementation
PACE responsibility – train 3 civilians per Wing
Expanded training resources to ensure program sustainability and build expertise in Wing program
Focus on growing organic capability (facilitators) and program structure

3. Implementation Roll-Out Strategy

4 Day Course
3 Civilians per Wing
This would translate to 4 Wings twice a month for 12 months
FY16: Three OPS tryout with 2 MAJCOMS / 12 Wings / 36 participants
FY17: Focus on 66% of Wings (FY17 = 288 Facilitators/96 Wings)
Projected AF Rollout : 15 Oct 16
Requirements:
Training requests from Wing Leadership / Delegate
Signed user agreement - track tryouts and 1st year of implementation
Trained Facilitators will execute objectives within respective wing
