RF910 Pre-selector units RF910 and RF915 As specified by CISPR16
and recommended for conducted emission measurements if the EUT produces broadband noise. These pre-selectors effectively pre-filter the incoming signal such that the analyser input is not overloaded by broadband energy. Not required if EUT produces narrowband noise. RF910 covers band B (150KHz – 30MHz) RF915 covers bands A and B (9KHz – 30MHz) RF1000 or RF2000 Photo shows RF910 below SA1000 and PC

These sources can be used to simply check an established site prior to measurements, or To calibrate an unknown site. Note that the dominant source of measurement uncertainty for radiated emissions is the test site! RFI test-a RF Immunity test IEC61000-4-3 requires EUT to be
immersed in strong modulated RF fields over the range 80MHz – 1GHz, or higher! The specified techniques are fully incorporated into The Laplace test system comprising a LaplaCell, system controller and power amplifier. See CLIENTS for total automated solutions. Note that these systems work equally well with test chambers (FAC or SAC or stirred mode).
