2 Display Capacity Gap Walkthrough
Step 1: Go to Reports in PPC and run the Displays Rec vs. Plan Report. Step 2: Select your Wholesaler or DP. Highlight May-August and run the report by Display Week. Review brands and totals. Step 3: If there is a capacity gap, go to the Displays section of PPC to plan additional displays. Step 4: Select a store and month to target, or use “Plan These Accounts” for multiple stores. April will be locked for planning. Step 5: Select an existing display, choose a recommended display, or click “+Add New”. Note: The tool did not provide Budweiser Black Crown or Becks Sapphire Recommendations for Tri 2

Step 6: Select which brand and program you want to use to fill capacity. Choose start and end dates based on PFP plan. Step 7: If you are planning one of the LOW brands you can add a brand funded bin by clicking “Add Additional Assets”. Step 8: Select the bin from the list of items, change quantity to 1 and click save. If quantity box is grayed out, this bin is not funded. You can also order the LOW bins in bulk under “Programming” Once the window closes AB funds will be added to your PPC budget to cover the cost of the bins. Note: You can plan multiple months, but you only need to order one bin per store per display.
