1. Bin It, Scan It, Store It Champion
Suited to those who very organised/good at co-ordinating and can influence and motivate others to get stuff done - this will be a hands on roll
Support information gathering for storage needs/completing audit for team/service areas
Be point of contact and signpost people to instructions about how to scan, send information off site, how to access confidential waste bags
Co-ordinate and arrange clean up days (including electronic clear ups)
March-June will be the first series of Bin Scan Store days
These will be co-ordinated floor by floor, and will focus on binning what we don’t need, scanning what we need to regularly access, and storing offsite what we don’t need to access on a daily basis

2. Moves Champion
Suited to those who very organised/good at co-ordinating and can influence and motivate others to get stuff done, this will be a hands on roll.
Be the main contact for your team/service areas to plan the physical move
Co-ordinate key activities leading up to the physical move e.g packing
Support teams to get settled once moved eg support building inductions
Stephen/Natasha
And we’ll achieve this through making our vision a reality…
The crux is about balancing empowering people to choose - with the needs of the business so that we deliver the best services to our customers

Learn to use new technology, be familiar with installation instructions, guide people through these

Support with floor walking during roll out days
Be available to support teams during rollout

4. Modern Ways of Working Champion
Suited to those who like contributing to and helping shape new policies and processes, coming up with ideas, testing them out and providing feedback ….and encouraging adoption!
Be a sounding board for new policy/procedures/protocols and input into the development of these
Promoting their launch
Encourage people to use and adopt them
