Rab11-FIP3 silencing upregulates TCR-CD3 cell surface expression in an Lck-dependent manner. (A) Jurkat T cells were transfected with two-by-two combinations of control, Lck, and FIP3.1 siRNA oligonucleotides. CD3 cell surface expression was then assessed by flow cytometry. Measurements are expressed as percentage of staining of cells transfected with control siRNA. Mean of triplicates ± SD, Mann–Whitney U test. Representative of three experiments.
