Congratulations to Perth for achieving Re-certification with RTIO for another 12 months Audit Preparation Preparation is under way to ensure meet the expected criteria for NCIG in July. An Internal Annual audit is required. It is planned to occur in June. Safety Moment Training The ‘roll-out’ of the short safety moment training tools has commenced. For future and current team members that have not completed these, the tools are available to access via the Members Area of the website. Please ensure people going to site have completed these ASPEC QSHR May 2016 Minutes

Project Leader Training – Training tool still under development. Client Feedback Form to Clients – include the link to formstack within s to Clients when document control are issuing final documents/drawings Group Leader Training – old tool being reviewed and made current Safety & QA Card – quick reference card for team members to have on hand – ready for delivery Go-No-Go Checklist being reviewed for use Risk Assessment tool being reviewed for use Change Management Procedure be developed to accommodate the HSE & QA systems Commence including quarterly short video/talk tools to ‘refresh’ the Team on various management/safety/quality issues ASPEC QSHR May 2016 Minutes

Preparation for next Audit in July is almost complete. Risk Assessment and Go No-Go are the only two areas remaining to review and implement PCAs are being closed out Lessons Learned tool has been revised and updated. A link and records are now available via Members Area for viewing Internal Annual Audit has been completed. PCAs were raised from this, minor risk Approved Suppliers Internal Evaluation Have you been liaising with Sub Consultants this month? Please add an evaluation to the register.
