Our protagonist is Moxie who just graduated from 8th grade.
The mystery begins to unravel when a mysterious red head shows up at Moxie’s door…demanding to see Joe Burke (Moxie’s grandfather who has Alzheimer’s)
Her message? Sully Cupcakes wants his items back…or else…
To protect her family, Moxie enters into a dangerous search for the “items”, following clues that lead her all over her beloved city of Boston, complete with travels on the ‘T’, and visits to the museum, state house and even Fenway Park.
