Documentation in Cumulative Folder
Print completed ILLP and Quarterly Lesson Plan Template - Attachment AB and place it in the student’s cum folder with an additional copy for the classroom teacher, resource teacher or itinerant teacher. Keep the Quarterly Lesson Plan Template with Lesson Plans for instructional use, documentation, and monitoring purposes. Refer to Quarterly Lesson Plan Template to guide instruction to support the ELL’s English language development needs. Ensure all teachers providing ELD instruction sign the form. Note: The teacher of record and the resource/itinerant teacher collaborate to complete the Quarterly Lesson Plan Template - Attachment AB. Classroom Lesson Plans and instruction must be congruent with the ILLP Quarterly Template; both must reflect the use of (ELP) Standards and the time allocations.
