Nazi Germany (Adolf Hitler)
Fascist Italy (Benito Mussolini)
Imperial Japan (Emperor Hirohito)
These countries had repressive leaders, fascist policies, & impressive armies/navies

3. Adolf Hitler Leader of Nazi Germany Main instigator of the Axis powers
Anti-Semitism, Anti-Communist, Anti-Weimar, Fascist policies, & Pro-Aryan.

4. Benito Mussolini Developer of Fascism
Joined the Axis Powers (Hitler’s side) on June 10th, 1940
Was an Axis Power, but didn’t really trust Germany during WW2.
Thought that Germany might leave them to die in the war.

5. Joseph Stalin Leader of USSR during WW2.
Part of the Allied Powers, but his policies were very similar to the Axis Powers (Brutal Communism).
Wanted total control.

6. Emperor Hirohito Emperor and controller of warfare in Japan for WW2.
Gave approval for the attack of Pearl Harbor.
Allied with the Axis Powers.
Germany & Italy

7. General Hideki Tojo Head General of the Japanese Imperial Army
Prime Minister of Japan for most of WW2.
Commanded attack on Pearl Harbor.
Reason the USA entered WW2.
