Potential Questions for Focus Group
Questions intended to guide (but not dictate) the focus group discussion: Are there adequate resources on campus for sexual and mental wellbeing? Is there sufficient outreach from these various resources to promote awareness of them? Do you think students are utilizing these resources to their maximum potential? If not, why are student not utilizing the various resources provided on campus? How can we integrate the many different resources at Rice to provide an easier outlet for students to express their issues? What are some of the biggest social issues at Rice and why do you think they exist? To what extent do you agree with the SA’s effort to create the CTIS class or the CUC’s efforts to place a cap on credit hours in an attempt to promote healthy sexual and mental wellbeing? What about the administration’s efforts?
