Cut out each of the three pieces from the sheet Glue them onto the front cover of your folder Example

Use the map to the right (or on pg 469) to identify the following:
Label in BLUE Atlantic Ocean - North Sea Mediterranean Sea Label in BROWN Pyrenees Mts - Alps Mts Label in BLACK London - Venice Rome - Constantinople Paris Color in the following countries AND identify them in the Map Key box: Ottoman Empire - England France - Portugal Holy Roman Empire Spain - Papal States

Fold paper along the BOLD line on the RIGHT INCLUDING THE PART FOLDED BEHIND --- Cut around the TOP, BOTTOM, and LEFT BOLD lines ON THE TOP SHEET ONLY --- Cut along each line DIVIDING the words Define each word using the textbook dictionary/index Write definitions on the BOTTOM sheet beneath the flap with the term on it

Renaissance/Reformation Foldable – Pocket Folder
Take a half sheet of white copy paper Use a glue bottle --- put a thin line of glue around ONE long edge and BOTH short edges Attach the sheet to the bottom half of the center part of the folder Let it dry before you put anything in in!

Use pages in your textbook to fill in the missing information on the half sheet. Add the information to the timeline provided --- dates AND descriptions Add the significance to the following words in the margin of your timeline: Renaissance, Reformation, Constantinople, Council of Trent, & Johann Guttenberg
