TIPS
There are 3 ways to search using City or Airport, Address or Landmark or Business. These are your predefined locations already stored on the tool.
When you select ‘detailed search’ from the Quick start option, choose the hotel symbol within the travel planner.

You have the option to sort hotels in selected order from the drop down list.
Preferred hotels will be displayed with 3 ticks ).

You also have the function to Compare this hotel. In order to do this you select the arrow next to the Hotel Rate, this will add this to the comparison panel.
Here you have the option to look at the search using the Detailed List, or you also have the option to select the Map tab. The Map tab will show the properties on the Map view..

The property displayed on the map in green is the lowest available result for your search criteria.

8. Hotel – Online Booking TIPS
By clicking on ‘conditions’ you will be able to check the rules of the rate and the hotel cancellation policy.
Company negotiated rates will be listed under your company name.

All available rates for the dates selected will be listed depending on availability.

9. Hotel - Finalise Trip Details
TIPS
You can also delete your trip on this page if you no longer wish to continue.

On the summary page you will be able to confirm your selected hotel, and book another Hotel Room, Air booking or Car.
To continue with the reservation, you will be prompted to agree to the purchase conditions.

10. Hotel - Finalise Trip Details

You will be required to select your payment type as part of the booking process.
This is the last stage of the booking process. Payment details will be brought over from the profile, however you will be asked to select the bill back information from the dropdown (UK hotels only).
