Smruti Teacher Surekha of Hindi Nepali PS is the darling teacher of all her students. Unlike the trend of traditional method of teaching-learning process, which is more inclined towards teacher centric, Surekha sets an example, where, students support each other, learn with each other and help each other learn. This classroom is indeed an example of collaborative learning where one can see how the teacher-student relationship and their involvement in classroom teaching-learning process. What can be more appealing that a student, Smruti , saying that what she learns from teacher Surekha and her fellow classmates, she disseminates the knowledge to her friend in the neighborhood .
