Your child should be able to read & recognize these words in text.* Upcoming Quizzes/Tests High Frequency Words Test – Thurs., 12/14 Unit 2 Week 1 Assessment – Fri., 12/15 (Skills stated on “What we are learning this week” section) Spelling Test – Fri., 12/15 Homework Reminders: Students should be building their Reading Stamina by reading to an adult for 10 or more minutes a night. In the sheet protectors of the binder, you can find a list of Fiction & Non-Fiction questions to ask your child about the book they are reading to you. Students should also practice their Intonation as they read out loud. No Addition Drill this week. It is still Highly Suggested to practice with addition/subtraction flashcards.
