Extended Holiday Period – Customers who activate between 11/26/15 and 12/31/15 will be able to cancel their service until 1/15/16 without paying an Early Termination Fee.  This applies to Device Payment and 2-year transactions. 
Returns Process Controls (for Device Payment, 2-year returns and exchanges) will support the extended holiday period. 
The standard 7 day future dated activation option will remain available for New & Add a Line 2-year transactions.  We will not extend the ability to future date activations.  This is new for 2015 and is consistent across all channels. 
We do not systematically support:
Activate Later on Device Payment or 2-year Upgrades
