New Neighbors – We have a lot of new neighbors, Welcome! If you have not received a welcome packet please call Nancy Miller at New Board Members- It is that time of year again, if you are interested in being on the board for the new year, contact a board member. Keep Hillcreek Clean – Please keep our neighborhood clean by not littering, pick up trash if you see it and not tossing cigarette butts. Book Exchange – There are bookcases in the pool foyer area of the clubhouse. Feel free to take a book and replace it when your done. There are audio book and paperback. If you have any to donate, leave them on a shelf. Let us know if you have a book shelf to donate. Spooky to be Hungry- We will be doing a spooky to be hungry food drive again this year. Pick up day will be Saturday October 24th!!! We will be picking up bags or you can drop off at bin in front of clubhouse. Upcoming Socials- October 29th at 5pm – Chili Cook-Off December 10th - Holiday Social Always be aware- We live in a nice quiet neighborhood but anything can happen anywhere, if you notice anything suspicious call the police first and then let a board member know. Clubhouse Rentals- Remember to contact Kathie Davis ( ) first to see if the date is available, then fill out and return the reservation form with a check to the clubhouse (mail or drop off in the box inside the clubhouse). You can pick up a form from clubhouse hallway or on the website. Pool- Be mindful of the rules and make sure to pick up after yourself when you leave. The pool will be closed from December 31st until we have our county inspection/license renewal in the spring. COMMUNITY NOTICES Keep Dogs On A Leash & Pickup Waste Please keep your dogs on a leash per city ordinance Pickup the dog waste in common areas, as well as other neighbors yards Speeding- Please slow down and watch out for our neighbors who walk! Walkers- Please wear bright or reflective items so that you can be seen General Info– Long term or everyday parking on Hillcreek streets is NOT permitted for any reason! Parking on grass or lawns is NOT permitted Our streets are narrow and it is dangerous for cars to be left on the curb for extended periods. Neither garbage trucks nor school buses can maneuver around parked cars, especially in the cul-de-sacs This is especially dangerous for walkers, as well as other cars trying to go around them See Section 6, para I of the covenants Garbage Can Tax - If you do not fill up your garbage can, you may be interested in knowing that the solid waste annual tax for the regular 96 gallon can is around $310. If you request the smaller 32 gallon can it is only about $232. Recycling cans are no charge. Call 311 to request a change if interested.
