The Center for Shared Decision Making at DHMC website
has: An online order form to order shared decision making videos for individual use. Clinicians wishing to use these routinely with their patients should contact the Foundation for Informed Medical Decision Making. Patients may schedule appointments for decision support counseling. Links to the Ottawa Personal Decision Guide and the OHRI website. Toolkits designed to assist institutions wishing to start a Shared Decision Making Center or incorporate Decision Support into existing primary care and specialty care settings. Ottawa Decision Support Tutorial
An on-line auto-tutorial designed to help practitioners develop skills in providing decision support. There is no charge for the tutorial. The ODST features: Self-paced online learning Self-assessment quizzes with tailored feedback Criterion-referenced final evaluations Certificate of Completion (for scores of 80% or more on the final quiz) Downloadable PDF version of course reading
