3 Logging into Webadvisor
To access WebAdvisor, click on the box LOG IN at the top of the right hand corner   .                                                         Logging into Webadvisor For First Time Users Login: The first seven characters of your last name, the first letter of your first name and last four digits of your Student ID Number. Your Student ID Number can be found on your Student ID card, your registration statement or registration mailer. (Example: John P. OnlineStudent, ID # would be onlinesj4567 ). The login should be in this form MMDDYY. (Example: ) Click on SUBMIT. This will prompt you to another screen to change password. Re-enter your user name and password. Now, choose a new password and re-enter in the confirm box. (Your password needs to be at least six characters but no more than nine characters and must have both letters and numbers.) 6 FACULTY ADVISEES In the Faculty Information box, click on My Advisees screen. Enter the Term or the Start Date and End Date and then click on SUBMIT to go the next screen. Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

7 FACULTY ADVISEES This will show the active list of students that advisors have been assigned for the term. Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

8 FACULTY ADVISEES Click on the down button beside the student’s name. The advisor can choose the above choices. Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

9 CLASS ROSTER Click on the drop down box to choose the term to be viewed. Click on SUBMIT Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

10 CLASS ROSTER The Class Roster shows the Instructor, census date, students enrolled in the class, student identification, student’s address, class level status, status in the class, and student profile. Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

11 TRANSCRIPTS View Student Transcript – This will show the student’s transcript. Be sure the Transcript Type is on Curriculum Transcript and click on SUBMIT. This will show credits earned and cumulative grade point average as well as courses taken, grades and terms. Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

12 STUDENT SCHEDULE View Student Schedule – This will show the student’s schedule from any semester listed. Select the semester and click on SUBMIT. Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

14 PROGRAM EVALUATION View Evaluate Program – Check the active program to evaluate. Also, the advisor may do a “What if I changed my program of study?” The advisor will want to use the drop down box on “What work do you want to include?” to choose what is wanted to be included in the evaluation. Click SUBMIT to get results. This will give the same results as Degree Audit on Datatel. Click OK to go back to faculty main menu or back. Office of Registration & Records September 21, 2018

15 FACULTY GRADING To enter grades, click on the drop down box for the term being graded. The instructor will only be able to enter grades in the class(es) that have been assigned to the class roster. Click on SUBMIT. RULES No Shows are not to be submitted before the 10% point of the class using the No show box located on web-attendance. Distance Learning classes must submit a No Show a day after the 10% point of the class All rosters will be printed 5 days after the 10% point of the term, E’s MUST be posted to each roster prior to official printing of rosters.
