2015 Alignment and Support Goals Support collaborative connections among Community Boards (CBs), and between Community Boards, local management and the system. Ensure effective governance practices to meet changing system and local needs and expectations and optimize Community Board contributions to the PH&S Strategic Plan. Advance knowledge transfer, standardization, and rapid deployment of leading practices.

Explore collaborative synergies among our Community Boards, Philanthropic Boards, System Board and Sponsors. Standardize board portal contract and access. Welcome and integrate new affiliate boards.
